I think the sciatica, or the child is based on nothing. Try to see it simply exersize if you feel more comfortable and your gynecologist to make sure to enter Tyou DONT WAN
Hanging all your hands and knees to the gut and just rock back and forth a little like one or two minutes. Then sit back and see if the child has moved outside the area. It can ease the pain when the child is sitting in front of a ureter or something.
You can also try the dromedary drop on the sciatic nerve route, if not painful. Back on his hands and knees, with his belly hanging out. Now arch your back and pull your belly in the air to celebrate than 5 seconds, then let the belly down to rest and let your back as far as possible, otherwise leave the bow.
If they help with, I suggest you call your OB or L & D to ask, not now work, and laying on the side of pain, sometimes, you get your hands on the side massage hurts.
Good luck!
All my work was on the back. If the lower back and side. I do not know what it was up to my control and put me in the hospital. I want to ask your doctor.
