Beef jerky marinade recipes? - exotic jerky
Anybody know any good marinade recipes meat unequal? Preferably something other than traditional soy sauce Worcestershire sauce spices this and that.
I just changed my first game jerky home, and I have good results, but I want something else, maybe even what we might call "exotic".
